To commemorate the anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, EarthCam, a webcam technology company, has released a stunning time-lapse video showing more than two years of construction of One World Trade Center. According to EarthCam, the photos in the video — captured by multiple webcams — were taken between February 2010 and September 2012 .
