One World Trade Center, or 1 WTC, is scheduled to be completed in 2014, according to the Associated Press. It will be the third tallest building in the world and have observation decks on the 100th, 101st and 102nd floors. According to the Port Authority, the building’s steel has reached the 102nd floor while glass has been installed up to the 73rd floor.

It became the tallest building in New York City in April, surpassing the 1,250-foot Empire State Building.

One World Trade Center was known as the “Freedom Tower” until the Port Authority changed the name in 2009, according to the Associated Press.
